Unable to activate Studio USB interface

Hi All,

I just purchased a Presonus Studio 1824c interface, I installed the drivers, software, make all the plugins etc.. it work for 2 days then suddenly stop working. The computer recognized on the device manager, and the Universal driver can see it there.  I can see the USB light blue with no issues, however it doesn't make any sound, nor through the Mic or the computer.

I check all USB ports on my computer, change the cable with a new one but still the same issue, no sound at all. Any ideas?

So, Presonus support team answer me back and is telling me that my computer may be the problem causing Studio 1824c not to work properly.  I have a X58A-UD3R i7 second Gen with 24GB Ram, my other M-Audio M-Track 8 work perfectly on that PC. I test it on 2 different computers, one almost same age as my desktop, and a Macbook Air none of those make Studio 1824c works, The system recognized however it doesn't make a sound. So I'm guessing is not the computer but the device that is faulty (Why they don't offer some kind of replacement or fix it).  I'm so sad that a big company like Presonus doesn't have a direct phone number to call for live help on tech support and not wait almost 1 to 2 days to get a short answer on a big email that doesn't fix anything.  They don't even try to check other options but the short email answers, it seems like they don't want to figure out what people are struggling when they purchase their products, thinking that they are perfect on their eyes, so they can get back to their developers and fix it or make it compatible.

I have been working with other brands and had not an issue at all, but here my first time using this brand, has been not the way I was expected. So I'm returning the device and move on to a different path.
