Issue with copying vocal track and attempt to create harmonies

Maybe I'm going about this all wrong. I sing my main vocal, and on two other channels I copy and paste, and then transpose the other two channels to create harmonies. The problem is twofold; first I cant reach the notes myself to create harmonies as the voice ain't what it once was, and second, when I do it like I explained above it sounds like I'm being accompanied by Alvin and the Chipmunks---totally unrealistic. Is there a better method within Studio One, or even a plug in to accomplish these vocal harmonies?

Thanks for everyone's time.

Of course there are many ways to create more realistic fake voices, Melodyne, Voice Pro, Auto-Tune.

What the transport function in Inspector window can do, is very basic and limited. To create Harmony, you need a serious plugin like I mentioned above.

Like in Melodyne, to create a harmony, you not just do PITCH adjustment, you also need to do FORMANT pullback to avoid Chipmunk sound.

Good Luck!
