The serial number supplied for the Eris E3.5 speakers is not recognised

The serial number supplied for the Eris E3.5 speakers is not recognised when I try and register the product. Please can you advise? I can supply a photo of the supplied serial number.

Me too! I've tried a bunch of different combinations too since I thought the zeros might be "o" s.
