Would be possible to connect two Studiolive 24R mixers (or 24R + 16R) via AVB to have more inputs and outputs? Will be than second rack used as input 25 - 48 (25 - 40)?

No, the 16r is a 16ch mixer and the 24r is a 32ch mixer. So adding a 16r to a 24r will give you 32 inputs on the 24r. The only Series III mixer that can exceed 32ch's is the StudioLive 64s Series III.
