How do I enable talkback on Studiolive 16 Series III?

I have plugged in a talkback mic to the back of the mixer, and in the TB window assigned it to Main as well as using the pot to increase the level. But I get no output. What am I doing wrong, or need to do additionally?

I have been having a similar issue. I have checked all the digital patching, all is good but i dont get any input signal coming in from the mic to the Talkback input channel. i have tried using a condensor and a dynamic mic . I just cannot seem to get any input signal showing on the talkback channel.

If somebody could Please Help
