New to this, brand new.  Right off the bat, insanity.  I have windows 10, plenty of RAM and HD space.  x64 etc.  I have downloaded the latest version of 4, with an Audiobox USB 96.  When I go to open Studio one and it goes thru it's checks it tells me the following:

Failed to open Speakers (2- AudioBox USB 96)

Failed to open Line (2- AudioBox USB 96)

Please make sure that the speaker configuration is set to stereo (which it is as far as I can tell)

Please make sure that the sample rates of your recording and playback devices match (does as far as I can tell)

Now when I test speakers, they work, and I have mic hooked up, sounds coming thru that also.  I watched video on setting this up,  I have the box plugged into usb and it's drivers uploaded, the light is on.  When I go to the Audio Setup Box, it says Windows Audio so I click the area to bring up the box to select the AudioBox 96 but it says no device, like it isn't seeing it or recognizing it.  So what am I doing wrong, how do I fix it?  Or is something wrong with the box?...etc.  I'm already frustrated and bleary eyed from trying to figure this insanity out.  I'm sure it's something simple.  I'm not all that good with this sort of stuff but I want to learn, but not if it's gonna be so difficult right from the get go and can't even set it up.

I am also having this problem. Trying to figure out how to uninstall and reinstall studio one to see if that will clear up the issue. Very frustrating to not be able to get in touch with presonus for tech support.
