Question

Our band has a StudioLive 32.4.2Ai mixer and we recently purchased a StudioLive 24R.  We want to transfer scenes that we created on the 32.4.2Ai to the new 24R.  I hoped this could be accomplished using the Backup->Legacy Scenes page by dragging the scene created on the old board over from the "Local" column to the "Mixer" column, but so far no luck.  I can drag/move the legacy scene to the Mixer side, but when I power down and reboot, the conversion doesn't happen and the legacy scene no longer appears on the Mixer side of the Backup tab.

The Series III mixers have no "scenes" any more, as you know them. The scenes were split up into projcets containing scenes, which includes extented network functionalities like the several stagebox modes. It is possible to "convert" scenes, but this means former Series III scenes. Scenes from AI mixers are not compatible with Series III scenes/projects, but  - to a certain extent - Fat Channel presets are convertible.
