Question

I am running Notion 5 I think ( Purchased Oct 7, 2018) v2.0417 (according to the help manual) on  iOS 9.3.5 (highest available ios update for this ipad mini) and I would like to register it.

 When purchased, there was not a 20 or 28 digit product code or key that I recall seeing... I have searched all emails from Presonus and there was a 3 digit unlock code but that’s all.

You can not register your Notion product at the IOS store OR at PreSonus. PreSonus knows this. I was told that there is no problem.

PreSonus should remove the request for the 28 digit code because they know that we don't get one from Apple.
