Mixer StudioLive1 AR12 does not work in universal control

Mixer StudioLive1 AR12 does not work in universal control, the program searches for mixer, but faders do not work, and no universal control does not search for AR 12 USB mixer. Reinstallation doesn't help, what can I do?

The StudioLive AR range of mixers do not have a virtual mixer to control the mixer via a computer etc. This is a feature of the following range of mixers.
