I’ll try and be brief, I’m a long-time PreSonus user as well as long time S1 user. This is the first time I’ve ever had any issues.
I just got a new computer (MacMini - i7, 16gb, Mojave)
Running PreSonus 1824c interface, Studio One Pro 4, same set up as before with MacBook Pro with same specs as above. (The only thing I’ve changed is going from the MacBook to the MacMini.)I have a condenser plugged into channel 1, phantom on, and I’m getting a signal as seen in the meter.
Configuring audio device is the exact same setup as before but not getting the signal. In the daw, you can see I have the “electric” track set to input 1, armed, and no signal flow. I’ve tried a 57 as well and no go. I can listen to tracks previously recorded in S1 with no issues but cannot add to them or record. No audio passing through. Ideas? What am i missing? I feel crazy.
I also updated the firmware in Universal Control, didn’t fix.
