I can't hear anything out from Studio One

I have connected an AudioBox USB to my PC (HP Envy - Windows 10) and I'm trying to use StudioOne. On Studio One the volumo bar shows that the signal is arriving properly from the AudioBox but I cannot hear the sound. I checked that the output sound is set on the headphones of my PC but I still can't hear anything (not even the loops of Studio One). All the other sound application on the PC work properly so it seems like there is a setting within StudioOne that mute the output. Any idea? (I previously used Studio One on another older PC and it was working properly).
