Can I connect two Studilive series 3 16R over AVB with a studiolive 32SC , using the two 16R as two stage boxes, giving me 32 Inputs ?

Yes, of course. But you will need the SW5E AVB switch to be able to connect three devices. Better take a 32R because it will give you 16 aux outputs instead of 12 (2x 6), and it's a dual core mixer.
