No sound while running PreSonus Studio One 4 Prime on MacOS X 10.11.6

The problem is there is no sound, it shows as if it's playing but there is no sound.

I am using a pair of Logitech G935 as the sound output and the computer is a Mid-2009 Macbook Pro with MacOS X 10.11.6 installed.

*I am a complete newbie and don't know what is going on*
