I BROUGHT FADERPORT 8 OFF E BAY BUT ITS ALREADY REGISTERED WHEN I TRYED TO REGISTER IT SO WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Not sure if they can transfer the registration to you, but that's likely what will need to be done. Obviously they registered it when they bought it, so that's the only thing that can be done. And odds are it'll have to be initiatied by the orignal purchaser.
