Hello! As I wrote earlier, we have a mixing console StudioLive 32 Series III with Firmware v2.1.16232. We do everything as it is written in Section 10 "Monitoring Controls" of the "StudioLive_Series_III_OwnersManual_V6_EN_10062019". Why every time I turn on the mixing console there is no sound in the headphones after pressing the Solo button? You can see our settings of mixing console in the photos. Sometimes, when I press the Solo button, a very loud squeak is heard in the headphones, which is eliminated only by turning off the mixing console! These problems appeared after updating the firmware to the version when the Projects and Scenes were separated.

Firmware updates have not changed basic functions of "Solo", technically it should work exactly as described. But a problem when updating firmware is always possible. Installs might get corrupted, which can lead to "strange" behavior of the mixers. Before contacting Support, you can do two different kinds of resets. I would suggest to try the "FX Button Reset":

"StudioLive Series III Console - Factory Reset"

Before resetting the mixer, save your projects/scenes and presets on an external device (computer, tablet).
