Yes you can. You will get pretty bad latency, but that doesn't really matter when mixing. You'd just want to make sure that the audio device at Studio One > Options > Audio Setup is set to Windows Audio And next to that is the 'Control Panel", you probably will want to click on that so you can increase the latency to avoid clicks, pops and drop outs. I do some mixing on my laptop when out and about, I have the latency set to 90ms (which is horrendously awful for anything live but for mixing works fine for me.)
