Hello! We have a mixing console StudioLive 32 Series III with Firmware v2.1.16232. Very often there is no listening to channels when you press the "Solo" buttons on the console. To enable listening, you must switch to the "Solo Edit" mode, then repeatedly press all the touch buttons in turn. Only after such manipulations does the sound appear again in the headphones! What to do so that "Pre Fader Listen" always works and does not turn off spontaneously?

Section 10 "Monitoring Controls" of the "StudioLive_Series_III_OwnersManual_V6_EN_10062019" has all the knowledge you need. I can not see any reason why the "Radio" mode (which is default setting) and the "Clear" function should not work reliably. But there is always the need to select either "Main" or "Solo" as source for monitoring control. You can not "add" Solo functions when listening to Main mix.
