Question

My questions were asked already but not answered in a way that helped. I bought the Faderport open-box from Musician's Friend. The first time I tried to register, I got the message "already registered." But now nothing happens. And nothing goes through every time I attempt to create a ticket - it seems like it's working but then no ticket is actually created. I need to register so that I can update the firmware. Thanks for your help.

But as it turns out, I could download Universal Control without registering, so now my problem is solved.
