I cannot create a ticket. I have tried Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer, and Safari on my iPhone. They all do the same thing. They start to save my ticket, and then the ticket creation window just pops back up, and nothing is saved. I see many other questions of the same type talking about clearing cache in browsers and making sure blockers aren't enabled. I have done that. I do not have any blockers or 3rd party plugins of any kind running.
This is starting to look like deliberately avoiding honoring warranties.
