When I click "follow song tempo" on sampleone xt, it doesn't follow the song tempo, how do i fix this?

For example, if i have my tempo at 200.00, and follow song tempo is on, the sample won't follow the tempo i have it set on. hopefully i can get a fast reply i have had bad experience with the presonus help service.
