Just insert it on a vocal track.  The vocal track will serve as the modulator.   If you don’t hear anything, that’s probably because there is no signal present at the modulator input, or the signal is very weak. If you have any meaningful signal in the track you should hear it modulating the noise generator and clicking on any of the keyboard’s buttons should introduce the modulated internal carrier sound.   You can click the little question mark in the corner and the manual will pop up.

You can do this:

-put Morphoder on a vocal track (sing something on it) and set Modulator to Track and Carrier to Sidechain

-make a MIDI synth track (play something on it) and set the output of that track to Sidechain and find the Morphoder

Or:

-Put the Morphoder on a MIDI synth track and set Modulator to Sidechain and Carrier to Track

-Make a vocal track and set the output of that track to Sidechain and find the Morphoder

(For that second option you'll need to click Sidechain at the top of the plugin window)

The thing you can't seem to do in Studio One is use the Internal setting as the Carrier.  Studio One doesn't recognize Morphoder as an instrument.
