I found the option to mute playback while monitoring. I'm wondering if there is a way to mute monitoring while playback (the opposite of that setting) without having the select all the tracks and unselect the monitoring buttons.

What is your "use case"?  In other words, it's like you want a way to have a track unmuted without toggling the M control.

I can see how we'd want to control how Monitoring behaves while recording, but when you are playing back (without the track Armed), why would you want Monitoring enabled but not be able to hear the live input?
