does ioStation 24c  conflict with Apollo Twin mk2 in Studio 1? can I use both at the same time??

The ioStation 24c should not conflict with the Apollo Twin mk2. You may use in the following scenarios without complications:

1st Scenario

• ioStation 24c as an audio interface and control surface.
• Apollo as plugin processor

2nd Scenario

• Apollo as an audio interface and plugin processor
• ioStation 24c as a control surface only. 
• Need only select Apollo as the interface. The ioStation will still work as a control surface.
