Why are Reaper DAW users who bought the Faderport having to rely on Reaper to fix your hardware?

i’m totally upset with presonus’s costumer service toward reaper user’s who obviously bought and paid for the faderport v2

The developers at Cockos created the protocol for the Faderport to be used with Reaper. They will have the answers you seek.
