I want to update my firmware but it is not able to load it to the device. How do I update the firmware?

My studiolive mixer was not booting up so I did a reset by holding the Home button and turning it off. i want to update my firmware but it is not able to load it to the device. How do I update the firmware?

Make sure you have the latest version of UC installed on your computer. Both the firmware and UC can be downloaded from your https://my.presonus.com account or from the download page for your mixer.
