I am coming into my DAW computer USB from an Allen &Heath SQ5 USB-B. From inside my DAW computer running Studio One, I would like to mix the audio and then come out of this computer with a stereo buss mix into another computer where the signal would be placed together with a video signal and streamed live onto any number of social media platforms. How can this be accomplished?

I would suggest you take the outputs of your audio device used with Studio One and plug them into the other PC's audio device inputs.
