I watched the posted video of how to sound replace with studio one and impact. I get it to work. Take a kick track. Drag it to groove to make it midi. Then move it to an instrument track with impact. That all works fine. Then go into impact and assign samples to pads. But it maps it to C3 and I can’t figure out how to change C3 midi to the pad with the sample loaded. I did workaround and select all and drag it to the correct key but when you want to do a kick and a snare or multiple kicks, you can’t slide the midi around easily.
In the video he just clicks and changes from C3 to the pad but I can’t get it to work.
