I bought STUDIO ONE 4 ARTIST and i use it in the pc of my father. Because i dont have a personal pc. If I buy a pc for me can I activate another time studio one ? Because I payed 100 dollars...

You get 1 license for 5 activations. Log into your Presonus account see how many activations you have already used.
