Keep getting "Failed to connect to server" prompt

Purchased Studio One 4 online as online download from website, software works offline, but I cannot connect software to register the product or get my product key, I only have 16 digit activation code. I keep getting prompt "Failed to connect to server. Please check internet connection and try again." I've gone through the knowledge base and nothing has worked. Added Presonus to my exclusions list, I've even disconnected my anti-virus (Kaspersky's) and Window's Defender at the same time without resolve.  I'm using Windows 10..., I have no issues making music with the software but I cannot register, get the manual, or anything that would require me to get to the PreSonus server. Please advise,

DESCARGATE LA APP MYPRESONUS AHI VIENE TODOS TUS REGISTROS ACTIVACIONES  ONLINE Y FUERA DE LINEA, AMI ME COSTO AL IGUAL ALGO PERO NO HAY POR QUE ALARMAR EXCELENTE PROGRAMA..S14.

me too, i try everything and remove everything but still doesn't work, please do your job presonus

It is Presonus who has to give us the solution to the server connection problem, ¿what are they waiting for?
