PreSonus Hub allows you to use PreSonus plug-ins in the DAW of your choice!

There is no download page I could see for a while. 

When you browse something that shows it's needed, you'll sometimes find a product link that actually has it.
like here in this link for REDLIGHTDIST https://sphere.presonus.com/products/detail/1187

I had to search it out as it didn't list in Products home page, like https://sphere.presonus.com/products/detail/986
