I know that the feature I would like in Studio One will most likely never be incorporated.  I asked if it were possible to select midi notes base on values <= an amount and make them = a specific number.  The answer was this it is not possible to select notes based on duration.  The solution was to select all of the notes that needed lengthening and then move slider to achieve the results.  This is not a practical solution because there are too many of them over the span of the composition and too difficult to select all.  The need for this feature among your user base is extremely small.

Is there anyway I can write a macro to accomplish my needs. I can do it if I know how to get to edit or create a new macro and the language syntax; a reference manual where I can read and lookup functions.

There is a way to select midi notes by length. In the MIDI editor (default F2 shortcut), right click any note in the piano roll, go to Musical Functions, then the "Select Notes..." option. You can select based on Pitch, Velocity, or Note length. Set the minimum length on the upper slider and the maximum length below, then hit OK.

Now, quantize the notes (or quantize the end, in your case). Be sure you have the correct quantize settings.

I believe this feature has been available for some time.

Yes, it is possible (and fun) to create (and publish) your own macros.

The process is mostly click and drag, so you don't really need more than the information provided in the Reference Manual (or by searching online).

Log into MyPresonus and navigate to https://my.presonus.com/exchange/browse

There you will find a ton of tools, content and yes, macros that others have shared.

Go to the View menu and Choose Additional views, then Macros

It appears in the upper, left-hand corner of your workspace.

Click on the little sprocket and choose Macro Organizer.  It will show the list of macros and has a button for creating.

Good luck!
