My SL16 Series III is distorting in the high frequency through the USB. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have an Intel Core i9 9900K with 64G ram. Distortion happens with Presonus software or just watching youtube vids.

Seems to happen when the audio signal is stronger. Very annoying.
