QMix-UC 3.1 not working with Series III mixer

We have recently noticed that QMix-UC fails to connect to our StudioLive 32 (Series III). Universal Control works fine on the same network, but not QMix-UC (at least in iOS... none of our team currently uses Android). The initial scan shows the board with its correct name and IP address, but tapping on the board just leads to a perpetual progress indicator.

QMix-UC was working for just one guy in the band until this week, when it stopped working for him too... perhaps his phone auto-updated from v3.0 to v3.1?

For reference, the board is running firmware v2.3.16845 from 8 Apr 2020.

SAME HERE - IS THERE A PLACE TO SETUP PERMISSION IN ANY GIVIN APP?

We're having The sale problem, some devices Connect, some devices don't...  The ones that connect, shows allá signals and stuff, but there's no Sound in Any headphone, there's no Sound at all.

Hello, Had the same issue, just turn off the internet data (3G/4G/5G) and try again, it worked for us.
