Hi, kinda newbie here. But everytime i export a mixdown audio the cymbal sections sound so weird like phasing (don’t know if you call it that way) but definitely not the way it plays in the multi-tracks. I tried separating the cymbals, or mix it down as audio or midi but still sounds unpleasant. The rest of the drum part is ok but only the cymbals i am having issues. Please help. Thanks

Yeah, it usually is phase problems that make cymbals sound weird.  A common way this happens is that the cymbals are recorded through both the overhead mics and than also picked up through the snare mic or tom mics.  The slight time differences between the mic sources can be enough to cause phase issues.

You need to figure out where your cymbals are being doubled and then eliminate that secondary source

If your cymbals are coming from a midi controlled drum module, make sure there are no midi note duplications because that means the sounds are triggered more than once and that doubling can create the issue you want to fix. In Studio One you can accidentally copy a midi drum part and then paste it over itself so the notes are doubled.  That will make things sound weird.  Try deleting one of your midi drum tracks by clicking on the midi note area and then deleting.  If there are still midi notes there after deleting, you have accidentally created a double layer of midi notes. Just delete all the doubled layers and it should be fine.
