Question

I purchased audiobos usb96  and thought i would try Studio One as an alternative to protools which has gotten even more clunky over the years.

I'm running Windows 10

The PRESENCE insturment is included with the Studio One Artist that came with the audiobox.   When I open the PRESENCE, I go to the dropdown where it says defaults.  The dropdown says "no pre-sets"

I'm looking for a decent grand piano patch.  

1.  Does PRESENCE have any piano sounds?

2.  Why are there no sounds to choose from?

I have the same problem. Suddenly all soundfonts or instruments in Presence have dissapeared.  I cannot find them in my file directory. What to do. Install the Studio One software from scratch ?
