I would like to use Studio One "android" remote as midi instrument

Mobilephone thouch screen could be used as midi device. You should expand the Studio One Remote software for this. Innovate from korg nanopad2, kaoss pad, eowave ribbon...

Also it could be used as mod wheel or pitch bend wheel. I don't have one in my midi keyboard, but i could put my mobilephone above the keyboard.
