Studio One can convert audio to MIDI.  I'm pretty sure Greggor shows how in one of the Presonus videos.

Here is one way:

Select all clips on your vocal track

Ctrl+M to open in Melodyne

Edit/Select all

Edit/Convert to MIDI

Save the MIDI file.
