Will the old Presonus Firepod work in OS 10.11 El Capitan? Same question for Studio One 3, will it work in OS 10.11?

Studio One v3 is certainly supported on OSX 10.11.

 

The FirePod/FP10 however is not supported on any OSX version after 10.7 as indicated here:
