I have 2 DP88's and would like to purchase the
Studio 192 Interface. Can I connect my 2 DP88's to the Studio 192 for 24 total tracks?

Yes.

At 44.1kHz and 48kHz you will get 24 Analog Inputs

To take it a step further as you'll want to know this as well.

At 88.2kHz and 96kHz you will get 16 Analog Inputs (each DP88 in SMUX Chan 1-4) on first ADAT Connector

or

At 88.2kHz and 96kHz you will get 16 Analog Inputs (with 1 DP88 and both SMUX Channels active 1-4 and 5-8)

or

At 176.4kHz and 192kHz you will get 8 Analog Inputs (no DP88's)
