Midi from piano to Presonus prime is triggering other notes. Any ideas

I have connected my Casio keyboard to the Presonus Prime version Studio 1  It is triggering the notes plus the same notes randomly. I have tried two keyboards but it happens with both. So I think it must be the set up in the software   Any ideas
