Just built a new windows computer for studio one and upgraded to v4 artist. I am trying to download v1 as well since im trying to move my old songs onto my new computer from my old computer. i understand putting in my original product key, but when i do a pop up message states "request failed". Is this because my login info is incorrect? I thought i updated my email, should be the same as my upgraded version?
