I have an error message saying Audio Recording is disabled. how do I fix this?

2 issues. Failed tp open Microphone Array and Audio Recording is disabled. How do I correct these issues?

Do you have a storage location identified?

If you dont it wont let you record as it thinks you have nowhere to put it.
