Audio REcording is disabled, Failed to open Stereo mix after download, how to fix it

After download ,21:44:54 Skull and Crossbone appeared ,Failed to open Stereo Mix [Realtek[R] Audio,And Audio Recording is Disable Showing a yellow triangle

I have the same error message. Audio Recording disabled. Were you able to fix this?
