copying Inputs on a Studiolive 32

I'd like to copy all 32 INPUTS on the INPUTS layer (with their current routing configuration & any & all of the effects & labels) & paste the entire contents into the USER layer so I can free up the INPUTS for my own projects & set up the routing for recording my own virtual instruments. These VI's are accessed via MIDI internally on my PC DAW & I also access additional hardware instruments that are connected to the Studiolive 32R Stagebox.  I've connected the Studiolive 32R Stagebox via the AVB connector to my Studiolive 32 mixer.& haven't heard a peek out of this setup since I connected the cable to the Studiolive 32 mixer.

I want to set up the Studiolive 32R Stagebox to show up on the USER layer of my mixer but haven't had any success in doing so.  Can you please shed some light as to what I need to do to perform the copying of the INPUTS to the USER layer? Are there any additional layers I should be aware of?

Cheers!

Its not possible to have another mixers inputs shown on the USER layer. When you are using a stage box in stage box mode then the USER layer channels are whats on the mixer that is using the stage box for inputs.

Thanks for your reply!

All of the USER inputs are currently muted when the Studiolive 32R stage box is attached. The outputs from the Studiolive 32R waste a lot of resources considering the mixer has 64 channels available for routing to a DAW or live access.

I don't understand the reasoning behind some of the decisions the engineers have made regarding the full potential of this mixing system considering that the Studiolive 32R doubles the potential inputs available for processing. One would think there would be a better solution than the one currently implemented by the firmware of both of the devices.

The 64 so-called soft inputs are really BS as far as I'm concerned & a total waste of money. A user may as well buy a regular stage-box & save their money because there is very little gain to be had by adding the Studiolive 32R except for the frustration & waste of time involved in an attempt to set it all up.

Talk about disappointing!
