I posted this question Sunday, but it was given (what appeared to be) an automated response tell me to factory reset (which I had already done). The post was then hidden by Presonus. So I am attempted to post this again in hope that someone has experience with this particular issue.
My church has a Studiolive 24.4.2. Recently we've been having an issue when we power on, some of the channels will show max input and produce loud static noise. These channels have nothing plugged into them. Previously, we would power down the board for a while and, when powered back up, everything would return to normal. Today, it would not return to normal. Channels 9-12 all produced loud white noise, but each channels noise was slightly different. After service, I performed a factory reset, but this did not solve the problem. So I powered down the board and let it alone for several hours. Upon powering the board back on, channels 9-16 are now red
