I just received an audiobox usb 96 and have been trying to get it to work with a couple of my computers.....first I tried in my newest computer which only has USB 3.1 SuperSpeed ports, and I couldnt get it to work. Now, I am trying on my older microsoft surface. The same problem is showing up though..Universal Controller keeps telling me to update my firmware on the USB 96, but when I try to UC says it cannot connect to device. This has happened on both computers so far.
