Question

I was updateing the firmware just be for I moved. And it did not take the update. It does not show up on my computer. It is possible that a power surge happener an stoped the update for a second. I know if that happened I will need to get someone to push program in to the unit. I would like to know if I have to send the whole board or just the card?
