StudioLive Software Reference Manual-EN_V6_210220171 section 5.7.1.1 "Device Permissions" is the reference, but your screenshot says that your board has been locked. Try 12345 as access code by pressing "select" of Aux 1, then Aux 2, Aux 3, Aux 4 and Aux 5 on your board. If that doesn't work, another code has been used. If you don't remember the code, probably a factory reset is the only way to solve this problem.
You may also look at the menu of your mixer (System, Page 8: Lockout) and check the settings. The default for faders, master, aux mixes and scene recall is "off".
