Question

I'm on a real tight budget but I want to get an IPAD that will be able to control the mixer. So basically for the bare min requirements and most cheapest (decent quality though) What kind of IPAD should I be looking to get. Like what kind of operating systems and all that good stuff. I really want to use this feature in my church.
