I'm having problems when using Studio One 4 and Studio One 5 the way I like to. I start with an instrument track that I add a MIDI tool like Scaler to. I find my chords and make them inside Scaler. After finding my chords I proceed to export the MIDI notes using routing from Scaler Instrument track into another Instrument track. This is where I run into issues. The exported event no matter if I use Scaler's midi capture or Studio One's routing is always "broken". When dragging the event to other instrument tracks I find the midi will not play at all. It's only when I make a new event and copy the notes over do the Instrument tracks work again. Is there a fix for this? Having to recreate the midi notes in a new event is unnecessary when Scaler and Studio One both offer me ways to record the midi out.

EDIT: I now have a clearer picture of the problem. Studio One will record the notes "twice" as shown in this picture here when recording using MIDI routing.
